Information we collect
We do not ask you to register and we do not collect names, phone numbers or email addresses on the website. Like most websites, our server records general technical information (browser type, page visited, time) for security and to improve the site.
Cookies and advertising
The website shows ads from Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies to serve ads based on your previous visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visits.

Instagram messages
When you comment «وصفة» (“recipe”) on one of our reels, we send you the recipe link in a private message. For this we use only your account name and the comment text, and we keep only the comment ID so we do not send the same message twice.
Our publishing app and connected accounts
Our internal publishing app (Sofret Um Ghaith Studio) connects only to our own Instagram, Facebook and TikTok accounts, to publish our own videos. For TikTok it uses Login Kit and the Content Posting API with the scopes user.info.basic, video.publish and video.upload. We store the resulting access tokens only on our own server, use them only to post content our team has approved, and never sell or share them. We do not read or collect data about other TikTok users. The account owner can revoke access at any time in TikTok (Settings → Security → Manage app permissions).
Third-party sites
You may find links to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other sites. Those services have their own privacy policies.
Data deletion
To delete any data about you, send a direct message to @sofretummghaith on Instagram saying “delete my data”. We delete it within 30 days and confirm.
Children
The website is aimed at families in general, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
